Processing your statement during conversion
When you upload a PDF to convert, it is processed entirely in the server's memory, for the duration of that one request. We never save the PDF itself, the text extracted from it, or the recognized transactions — not to a database, not to disk. As soon as the server sends you the result, nothing of the file remains.
What we do keep
To count your free plan's monthly limit, we keep only a technical record: the bank code and the date — no file content, no amounts, no transaction descriptions. We also keep technical error logs (the error message, without any statement data) to debug the service.
If you send us the file yourself (the "File wrong? Report it" button)
If you explicitly click "Report a problem" and attach a PDF, that file is stored temporarily — solely so the developer can see why the parser got it wrong and calibrate it. Such a file is automatically and permanently deleted within 24 hours of submission at the latest, and is never used for any other purpose.
Who has access
Only the developer of the service has access to files you send in, and only during the 24-hour window before the file is deleted. The file is never shared with anyone else and never used to train third-party services.
